Transit Protection is an optional add-on that gives you faster, stress-free support if your order is lost, damaged or mishandled during delivery.

We’ll always do our best to help. But without Transit Protection, we’re required to open an investigation with the courier, which can take longer. In some cases, this means waiting for courier claims to process before we can offer a resolution — and that delay can be frustrating.

I’d been struggling to find a mirror that complimented my new oak herringbone floor and saw this on another site that didn’t ship to Northern Ireland so was absolutely thrilled to get it. My one tip is that it is tricky enough to hang as you need to get your measurements to the millimetre for the nails but it’s worth the measuring and checking 15 times!
